I can't log in

Password resets, app sign-in, and account recovery.

Forgot your password

Reset it from the web: go to dashboard.milabook.com/forgot-password, enter your account email, and follow the link that arrives. (The mobile app's Forgot password link takes you to the same place.)

No reset email? Check spam, and make sure you're using the email you signed up with — the reset only goes to an address that has an account.

Signing in on the app

The mobile app uses the same email and password as the dashboard — there's no separate app account. If you just reset your password on the web, use the new password in the app.

You can't create an account from the app; new accounts start on the web. See Create your account.

"Wrong password" but you're sure it's right

  • Watch for autofill filling an old password.
  • Try the dashboard in a browser — if the same credentials work there, sign out of the app fully and try again.

Logged out unexpectedly on mobile

Sessions refresh automatically in normal use, but after a long stretch without opening the app you'll be asked to sign in again — that's expected security behavior, not a lost account.

Account recovery

If you've lost access to your email or think your account is compromised, contact support@milabook.com from whatever address you have and we'll verify you and recover the account.
