Information you provide directly:
For Artists: name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, payment information (processed by Stripe), profile photos, and portfolio images.
For Clients: name, email address, phone number, appointment details, service preferences, and payment information (processed by Stripe).
Information collected automatically:
We collect device information, browser type, IP address, pages visited, session duration, and usage data when you interact with our Service. This includes data collected via Google Analytics 4 (see Section 6). This data helps us understand how our Service is used and improve the platform experience.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process appointments, payments, and transactions
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up notifications via email and SMS
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
- Improve and personalize the Service

4. SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and booking an appointment through the Service, you consent to receive text messages related to your appointments, including booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices, and rebooking prompts.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminders, follow-up).
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
Opt-out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts.

5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share your information with:
- Service providers: Third-party services that help us operate the platform, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (email), and Google Analytics (website analytics). These providers only access information necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.
- Artists and Clients: When a Client books with an Artist, relevant booking and contact information is shared between both parties to facilitate the appointment.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
6. Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to collect anonymized information about how visitors use our website. GA4 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect data such as pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, device type, and general geographic location (country/city level).
This data is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google may use this data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. We do not use GA4 to collect personally identifiable information.
Opt out: You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
