Your free trial gives you Starter-level access for 14 days — no credit card required. After that, choose the plan that fits your business. Upgrade to Professional or Signature at any time to unlock unlimited appointments, your education store, custom domain, and more. If you don't select a plan, your account will be paused, but none of your data is lost.

None. All plans are month-to-month. Annual plans are billed once per year and are non-refundable after 30 days. We believe you should stay because you love the product, not because you're locked in.

Never. Your clients pay nothing to Mila. They simply book and pay for their services as usual.

Mila deducts a 0.5% platform fee from payments processed through the platform — appointments, deposits, invoices, education sales, and gift cards. It comes out of your payout and is never added to what your client pays. Tips are always fee-free. Stripe's own processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are separate and charged by Stripe, not us.

A consultation analyzes a client photo and returns a personalized lash mapping recommendation, along with preview composites showing how different styles and techniques would look on that client. Each consultation includes previews across multiple styles and techniques — no separate limits or add-ons. Your plan's monthly consultation count is the only number you need to track.

You'll get a notification when you're approaching your limits. You can upgrade to Professional or Signature at any time to get unlimited appointments and clients, and a larger AI analysis pool. We'll never cut off an existing appointment — limits only affect new bookings.

Exclusive to Signature, this feature uses AI to generate personalized re-engagement and promotional emails to your client list. You can send up to 5 campaigns per month, each crafted by AI based on your services and client history.
