Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens after the free trial?
Your free trial gives you full access to the Professional plan for 14 days. After that, choose the plan that fits your business. If you don't select one, your account will be paused — but none of your data is lost. Reactivate anytime.
Are there any contracts?
None. All plans are month-to-month. Annual plans are billed once per year and are non-refundable after 30 days. We believe you should stay because you love the product, not because you're locked in.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — processed securely through Stripe.
Do my clients pay extra?
Never. Your clients pay nothing to Mila. They simply book and pay for their services as usual.
What does "keep 100% of education sales" mean?
Mila charges no platform fee on courses or digital products you sell through your education store. Standard Stripe payment processing fees apply (2.9% + $0.30), but that's Stripe's fee — not ours.
What are AI lash mapping consultations?
Each consultation is a full AI analysis — you upload a client photo and our AI recommends the best lash styles based on their facial features. Every consultation automatically generates 3 try-on preview images at no extra cost. Your additional AI try-ons pool lets you generate more previews beyond those 3 for clients who want to explore more options.
What happens if I hit my monthly limits on Starter?
You'll get a notification when you're approaching your limits. You can upgrade to Professional at any time to get unlimited appointments and clients, and a larger AI analysis pool. We'll never cut off an existing appointment — limits only affect new bookings.
When will Studio be available?
