Gift cards

Gift cards are revenue today for services later — and most of it booked by people who might never have found you otherwise.

Selling gift cards

Once payments are connected, your booking page gets a gift card option: buyers pick an amount, pay by card, and the recipient gets a gift card with a unique code.

You can also create a gift card yourself from the dashboard's Gift Cards page — useful for selling one in person or donating one to a raffle.

Tracking them

The dashboard's Gift Cards page lists every card with its balance and status (active, redeemed, expired), each card's redemption history, and your overall stats — how much has been sold and how much value is still outstanding.

Redeeming

When a client pays with a gift card, redeem it during dashboard checkout: enter the card's code and its balance comes off the total; any remainder is paid normally. Partial redemptions are fine — the leftover balance stays on the card for next time.

Note: gift card redemption currently lives in the dashboard checkout, not the mobile app. If a client presents one and you're on your phone, run that checkout from the dashboard.

Clients can see their own gift cards and balances in the client portal.
