Your policies page

Publish your business policies so clients see them before booking.

Late fees, arrival rules, foreign fills, redo windows — your policies only protect you if clients actually see them. Mila puts them on your booking page.

Set them up

  1. On the dashboard, go to Settings → Policies.
  2. Write your policies.
  3. Turn on Enable policies page.

Once enabled, your policies are visible to clients on your booking page — they can read them before they ever pick a time.

What to include

The classics that save arguments later:

  • Cancellations & rescheduling — how much notice you need (align it with the cancellation window in your Booking Rules).
  • Late arrivals — grace period, and what happens past it.
  • No-shows — what it costs and whether a deposit is kept. See Deposits.
  • Foreign fills — whether you fill work from other artists.
  • Guests, kids, pets — whatever your space needs.

Policy vs. enforcement

The policies page is what clients agree to; your Booking Rules are what the software enforces (cancellation windows, cards on file, deposits). The strongest setup is both, saying the same thing.
