Where your clients see their appointments, manage cards, and self-serve.

The client portal is your clients' own corner of your booking page — no app download, no password to remember.

How clients sign in

From your booking page, a client enters their email and receives a one-time code to verify it's them. That's the whole login.

What clients can do there

  • See their appointments — upcoming and past.
  • Cancel an appointment — only if you allow it, and only outside your cancellation window. Both are your call in Settings → Booking Rules; see Cancel and no-show.
  • Manage payment methods — add or remove their saved card and choose a default. (Pairs with card on file.)
  • See their gift cards and loyalty status, where those features are in use.
  • Update their profile details.

Why point clients at it

Every "can you send me my appointment time again?" text is a portal visit that didn't happen. When a client asks about their appointment, their card, or their gift card balance — the portal has it, self-serve, 24/7.

What clients can't do

The portal is read-and-manage, not a back door: clients can't see your calendar, other clients, or anything beyond their own records.
