Your schedule in the app
The Schedule tab's Day, 3-day and Week views, what the colors and marks mean, and what a tap does.
The Schedule tab shows your time drawn to scale, in the time zone set on your account. Switch between Day, 3-day, Week and Month at the top.
Day, 3-day and Week
All three are the same grid with more or fewer days. Hours run from your earliest to your latest open hour across the days you're looking at, and stretch to fit anything booked outside them.
- White is open time. Shaded time is outside your hours. A day you're closed, or have blocked for the whole day, is shaded with stripes and labeled.
- Appointments that overlap sit side by side.
- A red line shows the time now on today's column, and the grid opens an hour before it.
- Something that runs past midnight has a dashed edge and picks up at the top of the next day.
- Swipe left or right to move by a day, three days or a week. When today is out of view, Today turns into a way back.
Day shows full detail. 3-day shows the time, first name and service. Week shows the color and start time; tap any appointment for a sheet with the details, Check out, Message and Open appointment.
Colors and marks
Color always means the service. The strip along the bottom lists the services on screen. Each service uses its category's color unless you give it its own: see Categories and display order.
Because color is the service, status has its own marks:
- Checked in, Completed: a small person-with-check or circle-check mark.
- No-show: striped, with the name struck through.
- Double booked: a layered mark, for an appointment you booked over another on purpose.
- Blocked time: gray stripes, with your reason.
- Shared calendar: a dashed outline with the other artist's name. Only the time is shared, so tapping it opens nothing. See Calendar sharing.
- Live class: a dark block.
- One-off opening: open time with a dotted edge, labeled "Extra opening", or a dotted line with the time for an opening with a start time only. In Day and 3-day, tap the label to remove the opening.
Tapping empty time
Tap any empty time to start a new appointment at that quarter hour, or tap Block this time instead. The sheet tells you how long the time is free.
Month
Month works as it always has: a month at a glance with a count on each booked day. Tap a day to see its list below.
