Book an appointment

Book a client from the mobile app or the dashboard calendar.

Clients can book themselves on your booking page — but you can also book anyone yourself, from your phone or the dashboard.

On the mobile app

  1. On the Today tab, tap + New Appointment (it's also on every client's profile).
  2. Choose the client. Search your list, or tap + New client to add someone on the spot.
  3. Choose the service.
  4. Pick a date and time. The app shows the open slots for that service; times already taken, blocked, or outside your hours don't appear.
  5. Tap Book Appointment.

The slot is double-checked at the moment you book, so two bookings can't land on the same time.

On the dashboard

Open Calendar and create a new appointment from there — same idea: pick client, service, and time.

Good to know

  • Booking for yourself isn't limited by your client-facing booking rules (like minimum notice) — you can book same-day even if your clients can't.
  • The appointment starts as booked; you can confirm it when the client's locked in. See Appointment statuses.
  • If the client should pay a deposit, deposits are collected when clients book themselves on your booking page. Appointments you book by hand don't charge the client anything at booking time — you take payment at checkout.
