The waitlist
Close your books and collect a waitlist, then notify clients when you have room.
The waitlist is for when you're fully booked (or on a break) but don't want to lose interested clients.
Turn it on
- On the dashboard, toggle Books Closed in Settings.
- While your books are closed, your booking page invites clients to join the waitlist instead of picking a time. They leave their name and contact details.
Manage the list
Open Waitlist in the dashboard sidebar (the badge shows how many people are waiting). From there you can:
- See everyone who's joined, newest first
- Notify one person — or a batch — that you have openings
- Remove entries you've handled
Notifying someone doesn't book them; it invites them to book. Slots still go to whoever books first, using your normal availability rules.
When you reopen
Toggle Books Closed off and your booking page goes back to normal booking. The waitlist entries stay in your dashboard until you clear them, so you can work through the backlog at your own pace.
