Reschedule an appointment

Move an existing appointment to a new date or time.

On the mobile app

  1. Open the appointment from the Today tab.
  2. Tap Reschedule.
  3. Pick the new date from the calendar, then a new time from the open slots.
  4. Confirm.

The time picker only offers slots that actually work — it accounts for your working hours, your other appointments, blocked time, and buffers, so a reschedule can't accidentally double-book you.

On the dashboard

Open the appointment on the Calendar and edit its date and time there.

Good to know

  • Rescheduling keeps everything else about the appointment — the client, service, price, notes, and any deposit already paid stay attached. Only the time changes.
  • If the client has appointment notifications enabled, they're notified of the change (see your notification settings on the dashboard).
  • Want to change the service as well as the time? Cancel and rebook is the cleanest way to do that today.
