Plans and usage limits
How Mila's plans work, where to see your usage, and how to change your plan.
Mila has three self-serve plans — current pricing and what's included is always at milabook.com/pricing.
Managing your plan
On the dashboard, go to Settings → Plan & Billing to see your current plan, switch plans, change between monthly and annual billing, and update your payment method.
Usage limits
Some features are metered per month on certain plans:
- Lash Consultations — AI lash analyses
- Mila messages — messages to the built-in assistant
You can see how much you've used this month on the Me tab in the mobile app — if your plan has limits, meters appear there showing used vs. available. Usage resets at the start of each monthly cycle. When you're approaching a limit, Mila emails you a heads-up.

Billing questions
Receipts, plan changes, and billing issues are all handled in Settings → Plan & Billing. If something looks wrong with a charge, email support@milabook.com and we'll sort it out.
