Add your first service
Create a bookable service with a name, price, and duration.
Services are what clients book — a full set, a fill, a lash lift. Each service has at minimum a name, a price, a duration, and a category.
On the mobile app
- Go to the Me tab and tap Services.
- Tap + New.
- Enter the name, price, duration, and category.
- Save.
On the dashboard
Go to Services in the sidebar and add the service there.
Optional settings you can add anytime
Every service can also have:
- A description and an image shown on your booking page
- Add-ons clients can choose when booking (extra length, colored lashes, etc.)
- A deposit clients pay when they book
- Buffer time before or after the appointment
- A booking window and per-service availability (e.g., only bookable on certain days)

Tips for your first services
- Duration matters: it decides which time slots clients see, and how much of your day a booking takes up. Include the real time you need — you can also add cleanup time as a buffer instead.
- Keep names client-friendly; the list your clients see on your booking page is exactly the list you create here.
- If you offer variations of one service (classic vs. volume fill), separate services are usually clearer for clients than one service with add-ons.
