Service add-ons
Optional extras clients can attach to a booking — with their own price and time.
Add-ons are the "would you like fries with that" of your service menu: colored lashes, extra volume, a lash bath — optional extras a client can tack onto a service when they book.
Create add-ons
Edit the service (Me → Services in the app, or the dashboard's Services page) and manage its add-ons in the service form. Each add-on has a name, a price, and optionally extra duration.
How clients use them
When a client books that service on your booking page, they're offered its add-ons during the flow and can select any combination. The price and time adjust with what they pick, and their selections show on the appointment so you know what they're expecting.
Add-ons and your calendar
An add-on with extra duration makes the whole appointment longer, and the slot search accounts for it — a 90-minute service with a 15-minute add-on needs a 105-minute opening.
Tips
- Price add-ons as upgrades, not apologies — small amounts that add up across a week.
- If everyone always picks a certain add-on, fold it into the service price instead; fewer choices means faster booking.
- Booking with add-ons from the artist side: add-on selection currently happens in the client self-booking flow — when booking by hand for a client who wants extras, either pick the closest service or note the extras on the appointment and adjust at checkout.
