A deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule an appointment once per deposit with 30 days of the original appointment.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will require a new deposit to reschedule. Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% service fee.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will incur a $15 late fee. If your are more than 15 minutes late, you appointment will incur a $30 squeeze in fee to accommodate other clients. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and incur a 100% service fee. If you're running late, please text me as soon as possible.

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% service fee, and will require full prepayment for future bookings.

To ensure the best results from your lash service: • Arrive with clean lashes (no mascara or eye makeup) • Avoid curling your lashes the day of your appointment • I do not have a 24 hour rule. You may shower, workout, and do life as normal after your appointment • Come prepared to relax—your appointment may take 1-3 hours depending on the service
