A deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Text 562.533.1688. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% service fee.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients. If you're running late, please call or text as soon as possible.

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

To ensure the best results from your lash service: • Arrive with freshly cleansed lashes (no mascara or eye makeup) • Restrooms are available in the building so feel free to use before we start! • Avoid curling your lashes the day of your appointment • Shower before your appointment, as you'll need to avoid water on your lashes for 6 hours. • Come prepared to relax—your appointment may take 1-3 hours depending on the service • Avoid caffeine before the appointment.
